Launch of our new Beam Task module

While physical traffic in shops has been gradually decreasing over the last few years, the aim of in-store optimisation work is to ensure that all retail actions are geared towards increasing conversion rates and retention. In order to achieve this goal, it is essential that the shop teams are well prepared, well informed about campaigns and products, in order to serve the customers in the best possible way. It is also essential that the execution of sales actions in shops is facilitated, both in the distribution of instructions and in the follow-up and consolidation of results.
Until now, the reality of working in shops has involved a lot of paper, emails, pdfs and excel documents that are difficult to get to the right people in shop. These tools and media do not allow for easy sharing of information or follow-up at Zone or Central level.
With the new Beam Task module, it is now very easy to share tasks, business instructions, protocols and communications:
- Tasks with shop employees and directed by the Store, Restaurant or Hotel Manager, but also tasks assigned by people such as Area Managers, Zone Managers or people from the Head Office such as the Marketing department and especially for Visual Merchandising projects, so to inform and communicate quickly information about products and campaigns to our employees who are in the front line.
- This module is also used to share news from the HR or Communication team, and also to distribute protocols and news on processes such as hygiene, safety and cleaning protocols, as well as their updates: thanks to the Beam Task mobile app, you will gain in reactivity.
- Onboarding: with Beam Task, you can define steps and contents to be communicated to any new employee: information about the company, procedures, dress code, and also to assign them the mandatory training on occupational hazards, the Beam application collects the acceptance and reading of it by each employee, with date and time.
